Grandma left on Sunday night...I love her...but I was geting in trouble because of her!!

Yesterday my intake was 490 calories (toooo much!!) I went for a walk -> 1 hour and 2 minutes.

Today my intake was 217 calories. I went for a walk -> 1 hour and 6 minutes.

I feel so lonely...and so sad here!!!

Grandma....in my house!!

Remember that I told that I was worried, since grandma was in Town?? Now it's worse...she's going to stay 4 more days, in MY house!! I love her...really...but she's going to talk about my eating, that I should eat more, she'll cook lots and lots of food!! Oh my Gosh!!!!

Besides that, everything is the same...today I went for a 55 minutes run, and eat only 50 calories (so far...)

Not really on the mood to write now...

Thanks you for all the coments!!!

Stay strong,

When "grandma" is in town

As I said, I live thousands of miles away from my family, but I have the family I live with, they work a lot, and don't have time to pay attention on what I eat, it's a good thing. BUT...."grandma" is in town (thank God she's staying at my "aunt's" place) and she's the only one that realizes something is "wrong" with my eating!!! She forced me to eat 2 bites of chicken and 1 tbs of rice!! I got out of eating the cake!! I said I had to talk to my mom (the real one) on skype and got into my car and left!!! Just said: Bye grandma, thanks for dinner!!

Since I knew she was coming today my breakfeast was 3 small bites of watermelon and 5 small blueberries. For lunch: 1 egg white.

I love my grandma, but if she would stay here I would have major problems!!!

I got to swim only 45 minutes today :(

Thank you for all the coments!!!

Stay strong!!!

Feeling fat!

I woke up today super happy...worked out from 6am until 7:15am.

Ate one banana and three bite on a McDonalds quarter pounder (I purge it all)...and now I feel fat again...

URGH...I feel like I need to scream a lot!!

I'm Maggie....I have a ED, but I'm pretty good at hide it from everybody. It helps when you live thousands of miles apart from your family.
